Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

youtube-dl is unable to download videos from a vine:user link because of an HTTP 404 error. This is both applicable to users with a custom URL (https://vine.co/Zach.King/) and users without one (https://vine.co/u/950725272980877312).
Downloading a single vine using youtube-dl -v https://vine.co/v/e0pgOE9mZP3 does work for me.
