Split album to individual songs based on video description #15572

Many videos on youtube contain entire album and list of songs in description. This information could be used to split downloaded mp3 files into individual songs. Usually in video description one can find list of song and start times in following format :
0:00 song name
2:30 other song name
.......
53:20 last song name
Suggestion:
Add new flag that will make program split , rename and put in new directory downloaded file based on video description.
