ERROR 403: Unauthorized with Udemy

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

I have tried this with and without referencing the exported cookies (using cookies.txt on Chrome). I've pointed yt-dl to the primary URL and the logged in URL. Every time it gives me ERROR 403.
