Add extra meta data value to video

In the postprocessor ffmpeg is used to add various meta data values to the file, eg
title, date, track. More info is available in the .info.json file created by the --write-info-json option, in particular show, episode_number.

Can we have an option to add extra meta data values?

The relevant code is in youtube_dl/postprocessor/ffmpeg.py
add('title', ('track', 'title'))
add('date', 'upload_date')
etc.. However this is a fixed list and can't be extended via an option.
