youtube-dl doesnt work on certain websites.

I have read the instructions 5 times carefully to see if I missed something. The software works fine on youtube, but when trying to use on peekvids.com. I get a 429 error or a 404 error. I have tried different operating systems and also different IP addresses. I also have a VPN service and tried with different IPs to see if that would work. It doesn't matter what video i select or what time I try to use it, the same errors continue. I am not sure if they are using a different setup to prevent this from working. Please let me know if anyone else was able to test to get it to work.
