I hope that the log explains what is going on.
The sites needs a user and password in order to log in and watch video. Let me know if you cannot obtain a login, and I will pass on my credentials.

The alternative url for this episode https://www.vrt.be/vrtnu/a-z/de-afspraak/2018/de-afspraak-d20180305/ does seem to work (obtained by switching episodes).
