The +7 videos now use an independent extractor that is also used for the creative videos

Hi there,
the Arte extractor works great with all ARTE+7 sites.
Some time ago ARTE launched new (sub-) sites like ARTE Future, ARTE Creative, …
It would be great if youtube-dl would support these sites.
