Cannot download some videos because of ExtractorError during getting DASH manifest

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place latest version of youtube dl and ffmpeg to related folders
  2. Run next command from command line or batch file:

youtube-dl.exe --output "%%(autonumber)03d %%(playlist_index)s %%(id)s %%(resolution)s.%%(ext)s" --retries infinite --fragment-retries infinite --console-title https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MN6hjpntnsU --ffmpeg-location "C:\Program Files\FFMPEG\bin"

  1. Observe next warning message:

[youtube] MN6hjpntnsU: Downloading webpage
[youtube] MN6hjpntnsU: Downloading video info webpage
[youtube] MN6hjpntnsU: Extracting video information
[youtube] MN6hjpntnsU: Downloading m3u8 information
WARNING: [youtube] MN6hjpntnsU: Skipping DASH manifest: ExtractorError('Cannot decrypt signature without player_url; please report this issue on https://yt-dl.o
rg/bug . Make sure you are using the latest version; type youtube-dl -U to update. Be sure to call youtube-dl with the --verbose flag and include its complete
output.',)

Actual result: youtube-dl trying to download first fragment of the video (using ffmpeg) infinitely but without success. No any information like "speed in Kb/s, ETA etc". Impossible to download whole video

Expected result: download should be started successfully, and information like "speed in Kb/s, ETA etc" should be displayed. Should be possible to download whole video
