Attempting to download rented Vimeo video

I just bought a video on vimeo.com and tried to download it via youtube-dl. There is no referer I can think of, the video is only on vimeo.com.

I did the same with another video I bought (https://vimeo.com/ondemand/derornithologe/232474278) and it works perfectly fine with the youtube-dl command from above.

Has anyone any idea what's going on? Thanks in advance.
