If the purpose of this issue is a bug report, site support request or you are not completely sure provide the full verbose output as follows:

All it gave me was: Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"'

If the purpose of this issue is a site support request please provide all kinds of example URLs support for which should be included (replace following example URLs by ** Website:

• Downloading a whole game section's music as well: http://smashcustommusic.com/game/1
  The number at the URL is the ID of the song or game.

Note that youtube-dl does not support sites dedicated to copyright infringement. In order for site support request to be accepted all provided example URLs should not violate any copyrights.

I'm not sure if this is copyright violation, but this site is pretty popular, has existed for years and hasn't gotten anything from Nintendo.

These are some funky filetypes and I can't see ordinary audio or video file types here. I doubt that this site falls into the scope of youtube-dl.

I'm pretty sure the preview plays it in a normal audio format, which is what I am looking at here. You could use that to download the audio. Hmm, I really don't know what's the matter with the pull request … I wished the repository owner would be a bit more open / transparent about the merging process, or, if collaboration is not wished, an according statement in the readme.
