Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information
I'll love that youtube-dl had support for sites likes Liveme.com and VK.com (which partially does already), but also in the livestreams, with an option to download the .ts fragments and leave them untouched in a folder or output path, or to encode them as a mp4 video. Note that some fragements might be missing, if they are from a livestream, so it should just encode what it had managed to download.
In firefox, press F12, and on the "Net" tab, write "m3u8" to filter and search future .m3u8 lists, that contain the .ts fragments that youtube-dl should download.
Also I noticed that Liveme.com uses incremental numeric names starting at "1" for it's .ts fragments, although for livestreams seems to start at a random big number and keeps incrementing it 1 for each fragment. Unfortunately VK.com only sotres 6 .ts fragmentes per .m3u8 livestream list and the numeric names have a big separation between them, as if they were timestamps in milliseconds or so.
