Not support new Bilibili video series url

Make sure you are using the latest version: run youtube-dl --version and ensure your version is 2018.03.26.1. If it's not, read this FAQ entry and update. Issues with outdated version will be rejected.

Bilibili change it's video series play url, from https://wwwbilibili.com/{av_id}/index_{series_index}.html to https://wwwbilibili.com/{av_id}/?p={series_index}, so youtube-dl can't handle new url.

It's nearly a year now and still no any signs of patches coming out.

That fix only works on Windows. I use Linux.

This is to confirm that as of Nov 10, 2019 the latest stable and the git versions (at least on Linux) still do not play the multi parts starting from the 2nd part of the series, youtube-dl can only extract the 1st video.

An example would be:
https://www.bilibili.com/video/av23268928?p=2

Could someone please kindly take a look at the issue?
