The PornHub user video extractor only matches //pornhub.com and //www.pornhub.com: https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/blob/7399ca1f80e59142c2c000670e18e67f05cfb124/youtube_dl/extractor/pornhub.py#L279
However, there are also other subdomains that exist and that PornHub actually redirects to, resulting in incompatible URLs being passed to youtube-dl.
To try this out, take any URL in the form
https://pornhub.com/users/USERNAME/videos/publicand change it to make it point to a language-specific subdomain, for examplehttps://de.pornhub.com/users/USERNAME/videos/public- while the former will work in youtube-dl, the latter will not.
