Allow download from udemy

Udemy is a course website where there are free and paid courses. Can it be supported ? Support for downloading paid courses as well if you have bought them. Any idea !

Initial support for Udemy has just been added. For now, free courses are supported and paid are probably supported (you will likely need to manually enroll in the course before downloading for paid ones). This will be available in the next release of youtube-dl.
