just an update, that I have finally fixed the issue on my server,
what worked for me was removing the whole phantomJS, npm, nvm, node, nodejs, and anything like that redo the whole thing one by one,

even though my PhantomJs was reading version 2.1.1 (same as my other working server), it wasnt giving the right output to openload.py so I hope others can solve that issue too, i couldnt format my server, otherwise it would of be done much quicker
