Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

Hi, here's what happens when I run this command on my VPS (it works fine on Windows).
Removing connection information changes the error to ERROR: Unable to download webpage: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden (caused by HTTPError())

Same problem as me.
It works on Windows with cookies but not on Linux

Update: it happens when your server's IP is CF banned, try to use a proxy.
