Attempting to download a dash stream from a local server - mpd is working, stream plays in various players, there's no DRM or other security measure in place. youtube-dl always just fails with 'No video formats found'
Given it's a local server, I can't provide access - but a just picking a random sample manifest such as http://vm2.dashif.org/livesim/testpic_2s/Manifest.mpd gives the same error.
