[X ] At least skimmed through the README, most notably the FAQ and BUGS sections
[X ] Searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones
[X ] Checked that provided video/audio/playlist URLs (if any) are alive and playable in a browser

Cinchcast support is horribly broken. Basic URLs don't work. Issue has gone un-addressed for a long time. Please either remove Cinchcast from list of supported sites:

Here is an example of a video that plays "out of the box" that youtube-dl can't figure out:
