There is strangely no DASH streams and no 1080p, the video however shows and streams at 1080p see - http://i.imgur.com/hhVyhFo.png

Fixed, thanks for the report!
About the missing 1080p format (not DASH), it's probably caused because Youtube doesn't serve them.

I am confused, you fixed something and are now saying 1080p is not available. If not why it's listed by youtube in their player and even streams?

Because youtube streams using the DASH formats (itag 137 and some other for the audio, for 1080p), they don't use the itag with both the video and the audio.
I closed the issue because the problem with the DASH formats is fixed, the problem with the missing itags for non-DASH formats is being tracked in #1578 (contributions are welcommed!).
