Windows does not correctly recognize MP4 video year written with --add-metadata

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

After downloading the MP4 video above, Windows will recognize its year as 30557. Same issue can be reproduced with most videos from Twitch, Niconico and Youtube, with "year" being between 16914 and 60850.
