So basically how can we download mpd dash files which requires Widevine url with custom name & value (as headers). Is this possible with youtube-dl or ffmpeg?

Generally, you can't download DRM.

well i am able to play it on https://developer.jwplayer.com/tools/stream-tester/?playerversion=8
if i add license server url and both header and value so i feel if same can be done with youtube-dl like adding header and value with license server url then maybe it's possible but idk.
