Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

How can just subtitles? not the video files. I've used this command:
C:\>youtube-dl.exe --cookies cookies.txt --all-subs https://www.path-to-video.htm

But it downloads both MP4 and SRT!

Use this --skip-download
