youtube-dl.exe doesn't find 1080p youtube format

At youtube the maximum available format for the following video is "1080p HD" :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WDcpwZqYlU

But when I show the available formats with youtube-dl.exe then the format 1080p is missing :

We currently have some problems with downloading the 1080p formats (#1578), we're planning to support downloading the audio and the video and the merge them automatically (#1612). Since there are already issues for tracking the problems, I'm closing this one.
