How download only 2 min of a video?

My question:

It is possible to download only 2 min of a video? And how do I use the command?

· start_time (numeric): Time in seconds where the reproduction
should start, as specified in the URL

· end_time (numeric): Time in seconds where the reproduction
should end, as specified in the URL
