I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2018.06.25
At least skimmed through the README, most notably the FAQ and BUGS sections
Searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones

Are any of these settings the right settings to use to download these videos "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvKWEU7QeZU", "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=va_NXwxSoSw" from youtube in 720p quality, or next best quality, like 480p, as an mp4 file? Where does it say how to do that in your documentation? Thanks. Have a good day.
