Youtube.com: Feature request: Skip videos that are geo restricted in playlists

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

Instead of terminating a youtube.com playlist job when an geo restricted video loads in a playlist, we instead skip to the next video. It is a gigantic waste to download 20 (out of 120) videos, only to encounter a geo restricted video and have everything cancelled, leaving potentially 99 other videos that might not be geo restricted.

Somewhat relevant to #13685, except I do not agree with the suggested "solution" (way of fixing it)
