--list-formats does not detect WebM HD transcodes #1713

Hmm..., why did YouTube stop to produce those HD WebM transcodes? |

In the terminal window you can see that youtube-dl only detects the 360p transcode. Furthermore Firefox 25 in Fedora with html5 enabled in youtube offers the 360p transcode as only option. However, Firefox 25 in Win7 gives me the option to watch the video in WebM 720p HD.
Therefore I think the WebM HD is downloadable and yotube-dl should support the download.
