ffmpeg issue. Update to the latest. |

i also tried the https://www.ostechnix.com/install-ffmpeg-linux/
and i get that the add repository is not supported
does ffmpeg.org have the latest binary i can just swap out the binary?
or is there any way to force download stream in raw files and then take them to another system to mux?

update: i gave up trying to install this on linux on raspberry pi so i tried my mac running osx 10.12 with brew and it works brew (home brew) and youtube-dl installed ok and i used brew install ffmpeg and now i can capture live streams. i guess debian repository does not carry the latest ffmpg however brew does |

you really make reporting complicated
yes i do have everything updated i am using linux on raspberry pi and i am using the libav tools i could not install ffmpeg alone.
i filled out the form the best that i could but if i missed anything please let me know
