Cant download a Youtube video - getting <urlopen error EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:590)> #17352

Am Using the latest version and running youtube-dl --version gives me 2018.08.22.

What is the purpose of your issue?

I am running the below command for a specific Youtube video that is playable normally in the browser

youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lEkEi4dp1bU&list=PLFaW_8zE4amOp3pOVCrGO-Ox--q4WShsQ&index=4

And got this error after multiple try

Most likely temporary network issue on your side.
