[niconico] Niconico Live videos dl not supported

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

I'm trying to download a video from a live presentation streamed worldwide. I have a premium account (required to watch an already ended saved stream). The video is online and watchable (I just entered and watched it), but when running youtube-dl and providing the necessary credentials, the message I got is this:

ERROR: Unsupported URL: http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv314942734

... even though youtube-dl supports niconico, and Niconico Live is just an extension of that site.

If work on your issue requires account credentials please provide them or explain how one can obtain them.

The premium account can be bought on the same site via paypal and costs around 550 yen/month.

Would love to see support for Niconico Live

Would love to see this site supported. I also have a premium NicoNico account but it appears premium videos are served from live.nicovideo.jp instead of the already supported niconico.jp

youtube-dl appears to detect the duration and size of the video but simply fails because the URL isn't supported.

I have support for niconicolive livestreams in my fork, but due to a lot of issues it will likely never make it's way into the main fork. See if it works for you
