It appears that soundcloud downloads are no longer working. This same download was working just yesterday. I've also tested from multiple systems.

correction, it is not all soundcloud downloads.

It was fixed in 12c167c, you'll have to wait until a new version is released or build it yourself.

This fix has been added in youtube-dl 2013.11.11. Type sudo youtube-dl -U to update.
