[soundcloud] Redundant quotation marks in metadata fields

When I download file from soundcloud with --add-metadata option it will add quotation marks to id3 tags. E.g.:

Fixed, thanks for the report!, I don't know how I could miss that.
For future error reports, posting the command you have used makes things easier (in that case it's quite easy to find the url and it's not really important, but sometimes we need it).
