Youtube-dl fails to detect Livestream URLs

Youtube-dl doesn't understand livestream URLs or fails to parse the pages.

$ youtube-dl http://www.livestream.com/dealbook/video?clipId=pla_8aa4a3f1-ba15-46a4-893b-902210e138fb

Thanks for the report, we only supported new.livestream.com urls. the original version uses a different system, so I've added an specific extractor for it.
