I have the latest version in two diffents machines
in one this video generate a valid url
VIDEO URL: https://vk.com/video-51189706_456244634
command executed youtube-dl -f best -g https://vk.com/video-51189706_456244634
in one machine generates this url that works.

in the other generates this, that dosent works
