Can not download Bloomberg video

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

Bloomberg videos can not be downloaded. Previously it was downloaded.

youtube-dl -v https://www.bloomberg.com/news/videos/2018-10-12/-bloomberg-markets-the-close-full-show-10-12-2018-video
