This is a URL from the Yandex Search. In addition to that, we also need to support Yandex videos themselves.

Video-hosting on Yandex Video was closed: http://blog.yandex.ru/post/81530/. Now it works only as video search service. Old direct links still works but I can't find them in search results.

As @diffycat says, the site does not host any video itself anymore, only links to other sites. Should this issue be closed?

The video at http://video.yandex.ru/users/csc-video/view/34 is hosted on storage.yandex.net. I guess their video service is not completely shut down.
