Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

Have submitted 2 bug reports about this thus far, been told its a dup one time and the other was incomplete, the files will not work and are not detected, i have a paid sub for the site, it was working earlier this month but seem to have stopped working, i don't know if the site has been changed or anything, but it does not work... if you need me to post anything else let me know so we can work together to get it working...
