DeezerPlaylist download doesn't work & language specific sites are not supported

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

When trying to download a Deezer Playlist, the following issues occur:

• URLs that look like this don’t work: “https://deezer.com/de/” (region specific URLs)
• If you try to remove the “de” part and download a playlist like “https://www.deezer.com/playlist/65490170” it still doesn’t work

I have seen the issue #13194 but there is no update since May
