Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

I am unable to download training videos from PluralSute, I was able to do this a few months ago. I have confirmed that i am using the correct user name and password and that the training plays from the website. I have also confirmed that i can download other videos from different sites using youtube-dl

For any work on this issue you must provide reproducible account credentials.
