I think it would be good if submitting an issue on behalf of the program didn't require me to read/think as much.

Really I think the top line should say "if the app asked you to report... you can stop reading, Select All, Delete, paste the log, copy the top line into the title, hit Submit. Thank you for your 30 seconds.

If you still want us to all read, please add [] App Requested
