Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

This is an alternative form of URL for the video https://tv.sohu.com/20170713/n600053381.shtml. That URL downloads fine with youtube-dl. The URL that doesn't work includes <meta property="og:url" content="http://tv.sohu.com/20170713/n600053381.shtml"/> — the URL that works with youtube-dl — in the HTML code, if that's any help. (It shows as downloading a 275.51KiB video, but that seems to just be an Adobe Flash movie file. The successfully downloaded video is a 32.89MiB mp4 file.) Thanks!
