You need to be logged in to download the video. Login with --username and --password, or use your cookies file with --cookies.

Looks like log in isn't implemented for that site, you have to use --cookies.

I have tried to run youtube-dl with my cookies (containing my paid account) but it returns a 403 error. Below is my input and response:
