Youtube Playlist not scraped correctly (Downloads half the playlist)

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

If I browse to https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEA9BB361C67272AC, I can see 70 videos, if I attempt to download via youtube-dl it only downloads 36.

Most of videos are duplicated in this playlist.
