Hi, it seems that when opening a command window, and typing "youtube-dl --update" to update youtube-dl in windows 10 pro, it says "The system cannot find the file specified.", and doesn't update youtube-dl.
I've already added the correct folder location for youtube-dl to the control panel, system, advanced system settings, environment variables, system variables, path, edit environment variable list as "C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet\youtube-dl and libav 11.3 files", and changed the security permissions for the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet\youtube-dl and libav 11.3 files" folder to allow full control for all users, so how do I get youtube-dl to update properly? Thanks.
