Issue description:
Any Facebook video downloaded which requires a username & password seems to shown the 3 warning messages above. I am currently using youtube-dl to download several 100s of videos and each one is showing this exact same error (quite problematic since manual rename of the video titles would be quite tedious). Any idea what the issue here is? I had to remove the username and password fields since this is my private Facebook account, but perhaps this can be reproduced using someone else's account as well.
