What is the purpose of your issue?
When downloading from a website other than Youtube though the GUI, files often have the exact same name. The "Filename format" feature does not work, since the is nothing to distinguish the different files. Video files are overwritten with the subsequent video file from the next url.
I would propose to be able to enter the following in the "Enter URLs below" window:
"Filename - someurl.mpd" or "someurl.mpd - Filename".
Alternatively, an "Autonumber" for every resulting file could alleviate the issue as well:
URLa
URLb
URLc
==>
1-mpd.mp4
2-mpd.mp4
3-mpd.mp4
