Note that youtube-dl does not support sites dedicated to copyright infringement. In order for site support request to be accepted all provided example URLs should not violate any copyrights.

When downloading any of twitch.tv channel but some of the content is already present in the directory, the currents .mp4 files being renamed to .temp.mp4 then renamed back to the original .mp4 files. When doing ps -aux , its look like if ffmpeg re-encode the content again.

I use the --no-overwrites tag but nothing change. When doing the same thing with youtube.com , content who already exist in the working directory just get skipped.

How to have the same behaviour than when downloading stuff from twitch.tv ?
