Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

Facebook redirect URLs have worked with youtube-dl until now as it follows HTTP redirects, however sometimes it redirects to a warning page, causing youtube-dl to fail. It would be nice if youtube-dl could handle this and just extract the URL from the u query parameter. This should be pretty simple but I don't have time to submit a PR right now I'm not sure what's the best way to implement it.
