I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2019.01.30.1
At least skimmed through the README, most notably the FAQ and BUGS sections
Searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones
Checked that provided video/audio/playlist URLs (if any) are alive and playable in a browser

Downloaded files get an irremovable 'media created' date which makes Windows unable to sort them by date (download date that is).
It'd be great to have an option to stop this from happening (one might exist already after reading through most of the README I was not able to find it).
