Audio Tracks Getting Mixed-up when Files have the Same Title are Downloaded at the Same Time

When downloading 2 or more items with the same title at the same time the audio tracks get mixed up, i.e., part of the audio belonging to one file is mixed into the other file.

I came across this issue when getting:

• https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-80rJnVRY2w
• https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmbamN_qAD4

which has the same titles.

What is incomplete?

Also when there are 2 of the same titles on YouTube only 1 file is created locally when the above happens. There are no reported errors also as per youtube-dl-gui which displays if there were errors through not specifically what errors.
